This Field Foundation women’s event is designed to help women feel prepared, confident, and safe in real hunting situations. Through hands-on wingshooting instruction, field and blind hunting scenarios, and mentor-led guidance, participants will learn the fundamentals of shooting moving targets, safe firearm handling, and practical hunting skills that apply across species and seasons. Whether you’re brand new to hunting or looking to sharpen your skills before the season, this weekend is for women who want to build confidence, ask questions, and step into the field feeling capable and supported.

Conclude our time together with a guided Chukar and Pheasant Hunt to gain diverse experiences.

What You Need:

Iowa Hunting License and Habitat Fee OR Preserve License whether Resident or Non Resident

Blaze Orange Vest and/or Hat

Gun & Ammo ( 12 or 20 Gauge is usually best, and 1 or 2 boxes of shells, size 6 or smaller)

Ear & Eye Protection (will have extra)

Water & Snacks BYOB
