Zion Women's Weekend

Zion -Women's Adventure

June 18th 2027 -June 21st 2027

Hiking, UTV, Fly Fishing and Exploring

Join us for a restorative women’s weekend right outside of Zion National Park, where rugged red cliffs meet quiet desert skies. This experience is designed to blend adventure with deep rest, offering the perfect balance of movement, stillness, and connection. Each day begins and ends in comfort, with access to a hot tub, cold plunge, and sauna overlooking sweeping, uninterrupted views that invite you to slow down and fully arrive in the moment.

Throughout the weekend, you’ll step into some of the most grounding experiences the outdoors has to offer. Spend time fly fishing in serene waters, guided stargazing, and join guided early-morning hikes that reveal the stillness and beauty of the landscape before the day fully awakens. There will also be intentional time built in to explore, reflect, or simply rest—creating space for you to reconnect with yourself in one of the country's most inspiring natural settings.

Why Woods & Waters?

At Woods & Waters, we believe the outdoors has a way of bringing women back to themselves. Whether you’re brand new to hunting, fishing, shooting sports, or simply looking for connection and confidence outside, our events are built to create a welcoming space where women can learn, grow, and belong.

These experiences are about more than skills — they’re about community, encouragement, adventure, and stepping outside your comfort zone alongside other women who support one another. We value authenticity over perfection, curiosity over competition, and creating an environment where every participant feels respected and included.

No matter your experience level, you are welcome here.

Event Expectations & Community Standards

We work hard to create a positive, supportive atmosphere at every Woods & Waters event. By attending, participants agree to help foster that environment for everyone involved.

We ask all attendees to:

  • Treat fellow participants, guides, staff, and hosts with kindness and respect

  • Encourage others and create an inclusive environment

  • Be open-minded, patient, and supportive of different skill levels and backgrounds

  • Respect property, equipment, wildlife, and the outdoors

  • Refrain from bullying, harassment, discrimination, excessive negativity, or disruptive behavior

  • Follow all safety instructions and event guidelines at all times

Our goal is for every woman to leave feeling more confident, capable, and connected than when she arrived.

Woods & Waters reserves the right to remove any participant whose behavior negatively impacts the experience or safety of others.

Communication & Questions

Clear communication helps us create the best possible experience for everyone.

Before your event, you’ll receive important details including schedules, packing lists, lodging information, waivers, and other event updates via email and/or text communication. Please read all information carefully and respond promptly when needed.

If you have questions before, during, or after your event, we encourage you to reach out. No question is too small — we want you to feel prepared and comfortable.

We also understand that trying something new can feel intimidating. Many women attend solo, are beginners, or arrive feeling nervous. That’s completely normal, and you are not alone.

We’re here to help every step of the way. Email hello@woodsandwatersproject.com with questions!

Cancellation & Refund Policy

We understand that life happens, schedules change, and unexpected situations come up. While we do our best to keep our policies flexible, event planning requires upfront commitments for lodging, meals, venues, guides, permits, and supplies.

Because of this, all deposits are non-refundable. However, we will always do our best to work with participants whenever possible.

Our Flexible Policy

  • If you need to cancel, please notify us as soon as possible.

  • Cancellations made well in advance of the event may be eligible for:

    • Event credit toward a future Woods & Waters experience

    • Transfer of your spot to another participant (with approval)

    • Partial refund if your spot can be filled

  • Last-minute cancellations may not qualify for refunds due to committed event costs.

  • No-shows are non-refundable.

If Woods & Waters must cancel or reschedule an event due to weather, low enrollment, emergencies, or unforeseen circumstances, participants will receive the option to:

  • Transfer to a future event

  • Receive event credit

  • Or receive a refund when applicable

We truly value our community and aim to handle every situation with fairness, understanding, and open communication.
